Outland Adventure is the largest ropes course facility in the Philippines situated in a private nature sanctuary just minutes from downtown Davao City.

What is a Ropes Course?

It is a unique adventure-based program that utilizes a series of low and high elements (similar to an obstacle course) designed to enhance teamwork, trust and communication.

The main tool of a ropes course involves the high elements where people learn to deal with personal fears and insecurities while 'negotiating' challenges on top of telephone poles or tall trees. Participants are belayed with climbing gear as they are suspended from elements situated high off the ground. Is it safe? We have proudly maintained an accident free program because we use the best safety equipment money can buy and our facilitators are highly trained.

What is a Challenge Course Program?

It is a non-competitive program designed for the participant and team to perform to their highest potential and transfer that performance back to their work place, school, church or other group type of environment. Using the challenge course as a vehicle, the group participates in a series of increasingly challenging activities where trust, communication styles, problem solving ideas and different leadership skills begin to form. The team uses the foundation of those skills to tackle various challenges experienced in life.

Outland Adventure is owned and operated by Project Challenge Foundation Inc.

The foundation was established by a group of people committed to provide a life changing program for the thousands of youth in Davao City using a specialized adventure-based program designed to be relevant and applicable to the issues youth face every day. In addition, we provide specialize team-building programs for corporations and small businesses interested in experiencing new and innovative programs beyond a typical seminar where people easily tire of lectures lasting for hours beyond what their backsides can handle.

Senior Outland staff members are certified at Level I & II by a US instructor according to the standards of Challenge Course vendors such as ACCT, Project Adventure, PRCA and Synergo.

Outland Adventure is a pure foundation. 100% of all donations and/or revenue raised from corporate clients are used to fund our day-to-day operational budget. Board members of Project Challenge Foundation receive absolutely no financial compensation or fringe benefits from Outland Adventure programs. Our incorporation documents and by-laws are on file for public viewing at the local Davao City Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) office.
